This Privacy Policy explains how PrathmIQ ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our website at prathmiq.com and our API services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information — name and email address when you register for an API key.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, subject, category, and message content.
• Payment information — none. PrathmIQ is currently free to use; we do not operate a billing system and do not collect or process any payment or card details. If paid plans are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe how payment data is handled before any payment is taken.

We also collect information automatically:

• API usage data — request timestamps, endpoints called, response codes, and rate limit consumption tied to your API key.
• Log data — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page views collected by Cloudflare.
• Analytics — aggregate, cookieless page-view statistics collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics.

How We Use Information

• Provision and operation of the API service and your account.
• Sending transactional emails (API key delivery, account notifications) via Resend.
• Responding to contact form submissions.
• Enforcing rate limits and detecting abuse.
• Improving the service through aggregate analytics.

Data Storage

Your account and API usage data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL (Singapore region). Uploaded files and signal archives are stored in Backblaze B2 (Singapore region). All data at rest is encrypted. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion. API request logs are retained for 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@prathmiq.com.

Third Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to deliver the service:

• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, edge functions, and web analytics.
• Backblaze B2 — Object storage for signal archives (Singapore region).
• Neon — Serverless PostgreSQL database hosting (Singapore).
• RackNerd — Application hosting infrastructure (VPS).
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (contact form replies, account notifications).

We do not currently share data with any payment processor, because no payments are taken. Should paid plans be introduced, this list will be updated before any payment data is collected.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), you may also withdraw consent to processing. To exercise any right, email hello@prathmiq.com with the subject line "Data Request".
